Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of day to day operations of the site work as per design, drawing and specification maintaining quality control guideline.
∎ Full time close supervision of construction work as per design, drawing and specification.
∎ To prepare daily activity plan of construction in conjunction with PM and contractor.
∎ Managing, monitoring the design documents supplied by architects and engineers.
∎ Good knowledge about finishing works.
∎ To check and maintain safety control guideline.
∎ To follow-up material delivery as per project requirement.
∎ Understanding drawings of the project in details.
∎ Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision and monitoring the site labor force.
∎ Preparing report as required by the management.
∎ Preparation BoQ
∎ Liaise with foreign client and address their needs
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power point & AutoCAD
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms/Factory/Power Plant/Real Estate.
∎ Fluent in English for both writing & Speaking
∎ Able to deal with foreign client.
