∎ BBA In accounting /MBA will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with chairman and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
∎ Accounting responsible to collect all the bills for the projects.
∎ Keep the projects Data in the Projects base as per accounting software.
∎ Plan and implement operational modules throughout the company goal & objectives.
∎ Assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees in the organizations.
∎ Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions to the company.
∎ Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
∎ Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
∎ Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
∎ Maintain confidentiality of Company information and documents strictly and sincerely.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
