∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ The position will report to the Director/COO. The PM is expected to have a broad and comprehensive knowledge of all matters related to construction project management.
∎ Job Location : Dhaka City Corporation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for project management activities, resources, equipment and information
∎ Break projects into doable actions and set time frames
∎ Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
∎ Assign tasks to internal teams, sub-contractors and maintain strict schedule management.
∎ Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve
∎ Analyze risks & opportunities and assist in preparing Project Budgets
∎ Oversee procurement management, Quality Control, health & safety etc. on site
∎ Ensure smooth site operation and report day to day project progress effectively.
∎ Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
∎ Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies and coordinate the Issue of all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
∎ Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
∎ Analyze and submit IPC, Variation, Work Order, Contract document, Shop drawing, design, methodology etc.
∎ Provide on-the-job training for project staff in carrying out construction supervision including contract administration, quality control, construction and monitoring and evaluation, and other relevant activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 05 years. Candidate with minimum 3 years experiences in Construction Site Handling will get preference.
∎ Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills in Bengali & English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Mega Civil Project; preferably Metro Rail/ Bridge/Road & Highway.
∎ Good knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power point, AutoCAD and Project Management.
∎ Should have practical knowledge on Quantity Survey
∎ Able to deal with foreign client.
