∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
∎ Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary of motivation.
∎ Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage end to end project portfolio management.
∎ Visit project site time to time .
∎ Preparation of Gantt chart, project organogram and project costing.
∎ Responsible for Project Financial Monitoring, Project Budget Preparation.
∎ Monthly Budget Preparation for Project Execution
∎ Communication with Clients ,Vendors for execution of project
∎ Provide updated reports to CEO, Management regarding smooth project execution planning.
∎ Leading project team for the execution of ordered work.
∎ Commercial Management both local & foreign.
∎ Providing purchase order, preparation of invoices/bills, checking LC, PG and insurances, site visit etch
