Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Onsite Construction, installation, erection Supervision & Monitoring.
∎ Ensuring that construction, installation, erection is performed by contractor in accordance with the design documents, applicable codes-standards, standard industrial practice & fulfilling contractual requirements.
∎ Ensuring that construction, installation, erection is performed by contractor within agreed timeline.
∎ Conducting various test & review test reports.
∎ Method statement/SOP-review & implementation for all major activities at site.
∎ Review of construction works for ESH and Quality standards (QAP) and submission of timely reports for ESH and quality metrics.
∎ Monitoring and reporting of the contractor’s procurement plan for timely supply and as per the agreed specifications and standards.
∎ Certify work completion certificates and material delivery certificates submitted by contractors and provide recommendation for invoicing as per payment milestones in contract.
