∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architectural Drafting, AutoCAD, Computer skill, Project Management/ Co-ordinator
Job Context:
∎ • Must be skilled in 2D Auto CAD drawing.
∎ • Must be able to make layout in mm dimensions.
∎ • Site visit and project management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Should be able to design and presentation drawing in AutoCAD 2D.
∎ • Prepare Detailed & Working drawing including shop drawing of the product.
∎ • Must be skilled in Excel to prepare BOQ.
∎ • Should have practical knowledge of Layout and Design implementation.
∎ • Should be able to coordinate and supervise running projects until project handover to customer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ • Age 30 to 35 years
∎ • Ability to work under pressure individually and with peers.
∎ • Must be discipline, loyal, and high skill.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ • Transport Allowance
• Mobile bill
• Lunch Facilities: Office Arrangement
• Fuel Bill for Employee who have their own bikes
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
