Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Project Leader, Project Implementation Department, you'll need to:
∎ Leading Project Initiating, Planning session.
∎ Controlling Project progress and adapt work as required.
∎ Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
∎ Supervising Installation, testing and commissioning and balancing of HVAC work.
∎ Serve as a Project Leader to co-ordinate with managers, engineers, drafters, & manufacturing personnel during all project phases.
∎ Communicate directly with customers to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications & operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility and implementation of new HVAC equipment.
∎ Preparation of BOQ, Project offer letter and Hand over letter.
∎ Ensures that all work performed is in compliance with all applicable standards, codes, policies, and procedures, including safety.
∎ Daily update of team activities.
∎ Mentor team members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: At least 2 (Two) years of relevant experience.
∎ An ideal candidate should have:
∎ Knowledge & Experience of the following:Good understanding of HVAC drawing and basic skill in AutoCAD, working knowledge of Microsoft computer applications used for compiling data and work records.
∎ Personal Traits: Self-Driven, Responsible, Punctual, Leader-like, self-learner, Honest & polite, Patient, tolerant to different opinion.
