∎ Project Incharge: B.Sc in Civil Engineering; 20 years' experience (Real Estate)
Job Context:
∎ Leisure Bangladesh Limited, a renowned real estate company, selling high-end luxury holiday villas & exclusive land, is looking for outstanding & self-motivated person to the following position immediately.
∎ Joining: Immediate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, schedule, or coordinate individual construction project activities to meet deadlines. Managing the overall construction sites.
∎ Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
∎ Interpret and explain plans to Site Engineers, administrative staff, workers.
∎ Direct and supervise construction or related workers/ engineers.
∎ Checking of suppliers/contractor's bills, Check the advance and adjustment of project expenses.
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
∎ Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site, Preparing site reports and filling in other paper work.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety issues of the staff.
∎ To supervise and execute the construction of building projects, including Pile, Basement, Superstructure, Sanitary and Plumbing and total finishing works of the project as per drawing.
∎ Maintaining proper documentations of project related works.
∎ Check contractor work progress, quality performance, Co-ordination with the entire department that is involved in the project.
∎ Responsible to complete project work within the schedule time, Ensuring quality of Construction Materials, Preparation of Cost Estimates of total Projects.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
Salary:
∎ Salary Range: 50000/- (Negotiable)
