∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, IP Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Structural Design Drawing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction works, HVAC and Fire Fighting Experience will get preferences., Layouting, Master Planning, Utility Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project co-ordination by making proper Master plan layout
∎ Must have knowledge on Autocad to make layout plan by maintaining all regulations of safety, environment and utility optimization
∎ Planning and installation of Project utility set up of Sub-station, Gas Line, Water Line, Electrical line, HVAC line etc.
∎ Looking after construction work progress by maintaining budget
∎ Planning for Work Schedule, Manpower, Equipment requirement etc
∎ Should have knowledge on Structural design and provide feedback to any stakeholders
∎ Implementing fire system in Project area by maintaining all rules and regulations
∎ Negotiate with any kind of Vendor and check the quotation and BOQ analysis.
∎ Coordination with concerned person/ department for decision collection (as follows) and time to time passing instruction to the respective area for execution.
∎ All kinds of drawings related issues & layout Master Plan preparation
∎ Should take care the fire system and Utility set up of the project.
∎ Proper checking & control of requisition of raw materials
∎ All kinds of construction bills checking & send authorize to management for approval.
∎ Quality control (check of strength of concrete, cement, re-bars, workmanship of finishing works like plaster, tiles, wood works, paints etc.)
∎ Preparation of monthly progress report
∎ Take necessary action for rectifications/ modifications of works as claimed by the clients and agreed/ approved by Authority before/during project handover procedure time.
∎ Conduct daily project safety audits as per the checklist. Take corrective actions as necessary for non-compliance.
∎ Prepare/Review Bill of Quantity (Structural/Finishing/Sanitary/EME etc.) and obtain appropriate approval.
∎ Ensure Compliance of design with Company Standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Auto CAD & civil drawing knowledge is essential.
