Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate designs thoroughly for accuracy and compliance.
∎ Prepare detailed Bill of Materials for requisition submission.
∎ Attend on-site meetings in collaboration with the principal Architect.
∎ Submit material requisitions aligned with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
∎ Maintain comprehensive records of the quantity of work completed by the contractor.
∎ Scrutinize and verify contractor's bills for accuracy and adherence to specifications.
∎ Ensure rigorous checks on the quality of products and workmanship related to contractor's assignments.
