∎ Department - Electro Mechanical Engineering Department
∎ Employment Type - Permanent/Contractual
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review design.
∎ Preparation BOM.
∎ Supervision Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Distribution System, Lift, Sub-station, Generator, Fire Protection & Alarm System, Basement Ventilation System, Plumbing Works, CCTV, DATA & Telephone System.
∎ Attend site meeting in presence of Principal Architect.
∎ Submit requisition of materials according to WBS.
∎ Keeping record of quantity of works done by the contractor.
∎ Checking Contractor's Bill.
∎ Checking Quality of Product and Workmanship of Contractor's works.
