Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review of Architectural drawings during the conceptual stage, and construction stage.
∎ Review of Mechanical drawings as received from consultants to ensure they meet with organisational standards.
∎ Preparation of cost optimisation plan for specific services through in-house design development and value engineering.
∎ Preparation of working drawings for site execution and process development.
∎ Inter-departmental coordination with Project & Coordination, Supply Chain Management, Project Operation, Customer Service, Logistics, and Audit.
∎ Ensuring quality of installation and operation through regular monitoring and supervision.
∎ Testing & Commissioning of major mechanical items.
∎ Preparation of technical specifications and BOQ of major services.
∎ Reviewing of technical CS and work order for eliminating discrepancies between BOQ and WO.
∎ Checking and validating bills submitted by contractors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Should have knowledge in MEP works
