Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct thorough reviews of project designs to ensure alignment with specifications and regulatory requirements.
∎ Compile comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) for requisition submissions, adhering to project requirements and specifications.
∎ Attend site meetings in collaboration with the Principal Architect to facilitate effective communication and address any design-related queries.
∎ Submit requisitions for materials procurement based on Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) principles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project timelines.
∎ Maintain meticulous records of the quantity of work completed by contractors, providing accurate documentation for project progress tracking.
∎ Scrutinize and verify contractor bills to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual terms.
∎ Monitor and assess the quality of products and workmanship in contractor-delivered projects, ensuring they meet established standards and specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Should have knowledge in MEP works
