Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed intuition. B.Sc in Civil Engineer will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure project construction work is carried out in accordance with drawing, design and work schedule.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work schedule and complete the work in scheduled time. Submit periodical work progress report to construction work to the management.
∎ Planning, scheduling, monitoring and supervising day to day construction work at project.
∎ To estimate the accurate quantity of construction materials as per drawing, design & raise requisition for procurement.Ensure materials and equipment are delivered at site as per specification and safely handled and stored.
∎ Checking and ensure quality of materials before use and control the wastage of materials and workmanship of each and every works at project.
∎ Forward contractor/ sub-contractor and other construction related bills certifying actual work measurement.
∎ To ensure the quality of every work at site.
∎ Ensure proper site management & control of work & workforce.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicant should have experience in project management and civil engineering from Developer/Real Estate business.
∎ Highly qualified candidate may get age privilege
∎ Must have sound knowledge on finishing & completion works.
∎ Should have sound computer proficiency specially MS Office Package.
∎ Must be able to handle projects independently.
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & capable to work under pressure and have excellent oral and written English communication.
Salary: Negotiable
