Job Responsibilities:
∎ POSITION SUMMARY
∎ Engineer position is key technical person for planning and construction operation of the company, he is responsible for the overall execution of construction works and standard operating process development (developing specific objectives and year specific goal) based on organization's mission, vision. Engineering position have to work under direct supervision of PD of Vivek Group.
∎ Responsibilities for this position will include but not limited to:
∎ The candidate should have clear concept/idea/experience in Structural and Construction work
∎ The Candidate should have experience in construction of high rise office/commercial buildings
∎ The candidate will be responsible to implement project as per design and variation, if any
∎ Ensure completion of project on time and within allocated budget
∎ Strong follow up and persuasive skills
∎ Ability to run the construction project independently
∎ Responsible for leading the Project/ Construction
∎ Provide timely feedback or report to the management on project related performance
∎ Capable to run the complete construction management
∎ Able to prepare work and project completion schedule
∎ Ensure work done at site as per design and drawing
∎ Project store and stock maintenance
∎ Any other task assigned by management
∎ Directly supervise the team & provide timely feedback to Management on project related performance.
∎ Capable to run the whole construction team to get the job done out of them.
∎ Ensure adequate manning to complete the project within time.
∎ Participate in Quality Control of the project.
∎ To give much more emphasize to complete the project in time.
∎ Ensure work done at Site as per design & drawing.
∎ Solving construction difficulties & carry out cost estimation.
∎ Cooperation with design, marketing, procurement and accounts departments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants should have 5 to 7 year(s) experience in reputed Real Estate Company or Construction companies.
∎ The Candidate should have working experience in respective field in well reputed real estate/ construction company
∎ Well conversant with MS Office applications, AutoCAD etc.
