Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior Project

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in evaluation and solution of potential field problems, referring them to Project manager/Architect.
∎ Coordination with project manager/Architect, head office and other relevant departments.
∎ Planning and Preparation of Work Program/schedule.
∎ Supervision of all structural and finishing works.
∎ Assist Project In-charge/Architect for materials consumption.
∎ Preparation of Materials requisition.
∎ Preparation of monthly work program and budget.
∎ Monitoring materials consumption, stoke and delivery status.
∎ Preparing and checking of labor contractor bill.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the company.
