Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
∎ Bachelor's degree in architecture from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Interior Design
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding client's needs and develop design concept according to that.
∎ Conducting feasibility studies of the project & Prepare BOQ.
∎ Preparing detail working drawings including floor plan, ceiling and furniture plan, furniture design, electrical drawing, 3D modeling etc. of the project.
∎ Coordinate with site engineer and follow-up the project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D, 3D Max, V-Ray lighting and related graphical software.
∎ Must have ability to provide solution within the constraints of space & budget.
∎ Must have proper knowledge on the interior decoration materials.
∎ Familiarity with building codes and design standards is also required.
∎ Should have strong written, oral and visual communication skills.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
