Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute and implement of project works according to schedule.
∎ To quality control of civil works, construction materials and finishing items.
∎ Monitor and Control assigned project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawings with respective departments.
∎ Analyze the bills received from vendors.
∎ Prepare project work schedule, time plan, and other related work.
∎ Schedule control and report the project work progress.
∎ Any emergency work instructed by the supervisor/head of department or higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 50 years
