∎ Minimum 7 years (for B.Sc in Civil Engineering)
∎ Minimum 10 years (for Diploma in Civil Engineering)
∎ Must have work experience in the Real Estate or Developer sector
∎ Experience in high-rise building construction supervision and management
∎ Strong project management capability
∎ Ability to independently handle construction projects
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory
∎ Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure project construction work is carried out as per approved drawing, design, and work schedule.
∎ Monitor project progress and maintain schedule by coordinating activities and resolving site-level issues.
∎ Review project design, specifications, and plan to control project timeline and implement necessary changes.
∎ Estimate material quantity accurately based on drawing/design and raise requisitions accordingly.
∎ Ensure timely delivery, safe handling, and proper storage of materials and equipment at the site.
∎ Check and verify the quality of materials before use and control wastage of materials and poor workmanship.
∎ Manage project costs by approving expenditures and overseeing contractor agreements.
∎ Ensure proper site management, supervision of workforce, and execution of high-rise building works.
