Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to Cross checking among Architectural Design, Structural Design and Brochure
∎ Ability to smooth handles Landowner & Clients.
∎ Ability to monthly All materials budgeting
∎ Ability to preparation of all Sub-Contractors bill and sent to Head Office
∎ Ability to Supervision of all kind of civil and finishing works and ensure conformance to design specifications following construction checklist.
∎ Ability to ensure site safety, security, quality work and work progress as per time schedule.
∎ Ability to checking reinforcement, shuttering works and informing Construction Manager and any discrepancies must be carried out prior to the casting if it would have.
∎ Ability to time to time report to construction manager about all type of project related work.
∎ Ability to keeping the record of inspection, variations, testing and points of connection.
∎ Estimating of materials, equipment, accessories required for site and informing the respective person if he is asked.
∎ Follow up all kind of daily work program with sub-contractor.
∎ Ability to monitor a group of individual project (3 or 4) nos. project at a time as team leader
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, Site Monitoring, site supervision
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate
∎ Candidate must have experience in Real estate/ Construction company.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Self-motivated, highly committed, independent, and result-oriented team player.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
