Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed public/private university (BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, IUT, AUST) with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management Monitoring and Project Progress:
∎ Obtain understanding of project management which includes planning, budgeting and scheduling.
∎ Full supervision of all construction works
∎ Checking and ensure the quality of materials before use
∎ To supervise the work to ensure that it executed to the correct line & level and that the materials & workmanship comply with the specifications
∎ To record a detail history of the work of construction and prepare & check regular progress report of the work against the program
∎ To measure the quantities of work executed and to check day work
∎ To maintain progress, methods & workmanship is satisfactory
∎ To check the reinforcement against drawing and must be carried out prior to the erection of any formwork and concreting
∎ To attend during concreting & to ensure that the workmanship is satisfactory
∎ To ensure the general discipline such as the curing, formwork, removing the formwork & protection of concrete and safe conditions are maintained
∎ To check & control the workability of concrete & quality of the works & the rate of progress necessary to complete the work within the time specified
∎ To maintain overall site office management
∎ Arrange site meeting/ tool box meeting (preferable on in a week) with all concern & give necessary alignment & follow up the previous week program
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 - 4 Years of experience in field of construction
∎ Commercially aware and capable of working well within a team environment.
∎ Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects
∎ Proficiency in using Microsoft Project
∎ Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.
