Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineer or Diploma Engineer (civil)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & manage the construction work of individual projects independently through effective planning, monitoring, reporting of progress, managing contractors and ensuring proper inventory management of the site.
∎ Study all types of design & drawing, execute work according to same and provide feedback.
∎ Ensure safety, health and environmental aspects of projects in accordance with company policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 4-6 years for B Sc. Engineer & 5-8 years for Diploma Engineer (Civil).
∎ Should have at least one residential project handover experience.
∎ Minimum 4-5 years experience in a renowned developer firm.
∎ Dynamic, motivate, energetic, pro-active
∎ Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
∎ Leadership Quality with a positive attitude & having ability to take decisions independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills
Salary: Negotiable
