Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering (Public Institution) /BSc in Civil Engineering
∎ Preferred with Diploma followed by BSc in civil engineering.
∎ Private Institution Diploma are discouraged to apply

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (except Dhaka)
∎ Resident at Project

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Scheme preparation, measurement, calculation & supervision of infrastructural work
∎ Profound knowledge on construction estimation calculation and techniques
∎ Profound knowledge on rates of construction & building material and different trades
∎ Sound Knowledge on estimating & Variation of government project.
∎ Experience in working in Government Building Construction Project.
∎ Technical monitoring of ongoing civil engineering work
∎ Technical report preparation
∎ Full responsibility for Civil Working of the site.
∎ To ensure timely completion of works as per planned schedule.
∎ Manage and ensure all sorts of renovation work as per the company schedule.
∎ Experience in large construction sites such as building complex or industrial projects (structural construction work, finishing work etc) is preferable.
∎ Sound knowledge to understand the construction site drawing like Structural, Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical.
∎ Identify problem area and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.
∎ Managing labor, sub-contractor, sub-ordinates etc. strictly with a commanding voice
∎ Communicating with head office
∎ Maintaining accounts through computer based software.
∎ In one word maintaining a whole construction site

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5-10 years of experience
∎ Fresh /Less than 5 Years experience are discouraged to apply.
∎ Engineering Firms, Construction Firms.
∎ Working experience especially on high Rise building and ability to handle all the project management work will get preference.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently
∎ Must have computer literacy
