∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing daily, fortnightly, monthly work plan from master program and allocating those to contractors;
∎ Preparing quantity estimates of materials required for the works of each week;
∎ Arranging submission of requisition for the materials required to be procured through Project Store Keeper;
∎ Allocating daily works to Site Assistants & Supervisor;
∎ Allocating daily works to foremen of the contractors;
∎ Providing daily works program & site supervision;
∎ Ensuring quality of works as per check list;
∎ Ensure quality of materials being used as per material specification;
∎ Grading workers of the contractors;
∎ Identifying faulty workmanship/ works & getting those corrected in field instantly;
∎ Taking measurements of the finished works recording those in MBs;
∎ Prepare bills of the contractors;
∎ Ensuring safety of the workers;
∎ Any emergency works as per instruction of Management.
