Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/CUET/KUET/RUET/DUET or public / reputed private university.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Sheltech Engineering Ltd., a well reputed construction management company is currently looking for qualified and committed individuals to fill the following positions:
∎ Employment Status: Temporary (Project based)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will be project in-charge and liable/accountable for all kinds of construction work
∎ Must be able to study Design / Drawing of Industrial construction, power plant, high rise building and ensure implementation of works.
∎ Must have experience to work on large industrial building and high rise building with basement.
∎ Have to ability to make the project plan weekly, quarterly, monthly work plan as per Master Plan.
∎ Target oriented job achievable capacity after confirming the safety and quality.
∎ Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
∎ Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
∎ Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
∎ Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
∎ Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
∎ Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
∎ Coordinate with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, local authority (where appropriate to the project) and the general workforce involved in the project;
∎ To monitor the work progress and assessing the work quality and specification of BNBC/ ACCORD/ ALLIANCE.
∎ To execute work in CPM method.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Experience in large infrastructure development works/ industrial construction/ high rise building with basement and power plant is highly required.
∎ The candidate must be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic
∎ Willing to work in an extended time
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Should have computer skills with MS Office & Auto CAD, Microsoft packages.
