∎ B. Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/ CUET/ KUET/ RUET/ DUET/ SUST/ AUST/ MIST/ UAP or equivalent Public University.

∎ Minimum 3 years in a similar position and at least 20 years of experience with reputed local/ multinational construction companies.
∎ Experience in working with government offices, including PWD, LGED, Architects, MES, EED, Roads & Highways, National Housing, and other govt. offices will be given preference.
∎ Proven experience in large infrastructure development work and industrial construction with strong leadership capability.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and understanding of drawing and design concepts.
∎ Maintains good communication with government and private institutions.
∎ Should have computer skills with MS Office and Auto CAD (2D, 3D) and E-Tendering.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and administer strategic direction and leadership for all project operations, efficiently managing human, financial, and material resources to achieve operational goals through optimizing cost.
∎ Direct and coordinate the internal and project administrative operations and identify areas of process enhancement in operational efficiency and productivity.
∎ Collaborating with the Top Management and other executives in developing strategic plans and objectives for the organization's growth and profitability that align with the short- and long-term objectives.
∎ Oversee and lead profit loss analysis of a potential bid, manage procurement of 'work orders' against tender notices, e-tendering, tender preparation, and tender bidding etc.
∎ Navigate overall supervision of project management, project costing, material management, timely planning and progress monitoring, sub-contractor dealing, communication and bill management.
∎ Provide guidance with SMART action plans on the review of structural construction plan, Finish Work, Closing Works, and project hand over plan.
∎ Establishing and maintaining quality standards for projects, ensuring gaps are mitigated and clients’ gratification are met maintaining full compliance.
∎ Develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges or disruptions in operations.
∎ Ensure safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations.
∎ Maintain close liaison with various government/ semi government agencies like Army, Navy, Air Force, RAJUK, PWD, LGED, PDB, Roads & Highways, Civil Aviation and City Corporation for project purposes.
