∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineer from reputed public/private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Department - Cost Control
∎ Employment Type - Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Structural & Finishing BOQ including preparation of management sheet.
∎ Materials quantity Incorporation into ERP after vetting according to BOQ
∎ Documentation of the drawings, material quantity & cost analysis.
∎ Rate analysis and Prepare tender documents.
∎ Comparative statement in between the budget and consumption for the project.
∎ Ensure Quantity & unit price according to budget as per procurement require.
∎ Perform & complete ad-hoc assigned work as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2- Years of Experience in the construction of residential and commercial buildings
∎ Knowledge regarding construction material
∎ Proficiency in using AutoCAD is a must
∎ Decent computer skills on MS Office package
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy
