Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Civil Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, AUST, IUT,MIST and SUST.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordination with site in charge for the proper execution of daily work planning as per the approved WBS and ensure the Daily progress of work.
∎ Details drawing study of every responsible work area & ensure the work is as per the approved drawing.
∎ Monitor, supervise and ensure project safety in line with the EHS guideline. Cooperate EHS team to conduct safety training, audit and implementation of corrective actions in a timely manner.
∎ Record a detailed history of the work of construction and prepare and check regular progress reports of the work against the program.
∎ Supervision all types of shuttering work to ensure proper support and joint sealing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-6 years of work experience in the field of Real Estate/Construction in the relevant industry.
