∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public/ Private University (Preferred from BUET, CUET, KUET, RUET, DUET, AUST)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Department - Audit - Head Office
∎ Employment Type - Permanent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Bill verification for the mechanical, electrical and civil works for high rise building.
∎ Checking out all the technical submittal documents
∎ Checking and audit of BOQ of materials
∎ Carry out the inspection of all the electrical, civil and mechanical work carried out at site
∎ Ensure the electrical and mechanical equipment have been installed as per the specification
∎ Aware of all code of practices such as BNBC, NEC, IEC and ensure compliance to these codes and local authority requirements.
∎ Ensure the inventory of the construction materials of the projects
∎ Audit and report on the procured civil, electrical and mechanical items with specification
∎ Rate analysis work of Non Schedule items
∎ Preparation of project evaluation report for handed over project.

∎ 2 - 4 Years in relevant field
