Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or in a related discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As Project Engineer (Scheduling & Monitoring) you need to:
∎ Understand project specifications, developing time schedule and maintain.
∎ Monitor and track project progress, and writing up reports.
∎ Maintain master schedule for each project by understanding and meeting all contract requirements,
∎ Report project delays and all issues impacting project performance to Higher Management
∎ Developing program schedule with input from project manager, designers & construction team
∎ Generate reports as and when requested by management
∎ Provide earned/actual data and Productive Factor weekly/monthly
∎ Provide weekly "look-ahead" schedules
∎ Notify the project manager regarding all critical issues in advance so that the project can be completed on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in any medium to large scale EPC Project Management will be preferred.
∎ Experience in writing reports
∎ Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics
∎ Proficient in MS Office and MS Project or Similar Project Management Software.
∎ Outstanding organizational skills
∎ Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain project's all types of prospective.
∎ Ability to travel outside Dhaka and stay for a period as per the requirement.
