∎ Minimum 6 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on road construction projects.
∎ Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools like Primavera or Microsoft Project.
∎ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
∎ Willingness to travel to project sites and work extended hours as necessary.
∎ Having previous work experience with LGED Road Project will be Preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the planning, design, and execution of road construction projects from inception to completion.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and technical assessments to determine project requirements and constraints.
∎ Having Good knowledge in LGED’s RCC Road, BC Road.
∎ Manage and coordinate project activities, monitor project progress resources, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery within specified timelines and budgetary constraints.
∎ Having Knowledge in Embankment, Earth Work, Sand Filling, Sub Base, WMM, Dense Carpeting etc.
∎ Having Knowledge in estimate and measurement, Bill Preparing, Sub Contractor’s Bill Preparing.
∎ Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents for accuracy and completeness.
∎ Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, clients, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments, external partners, and local communities to address project-related challenges and opportunities.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on construction sites and promote a culture of safety awareness and compliance.
∎ Making Progress report for daily, weekly, and monthly.
∎ Responsibilities:
