∎ Experience at least 05-07 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in RCC Girder Bridge related field and position.
∎ Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software (AutoCAD Civil 2D/3D, MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel etc.).
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English & Bangla.
∎ Experience at least 05-07 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Having experience in RHD / LGED projects.
∎ Having experience in Cast insitu Pile,Pile Cap,Pier Column,Seismic buffer,Diaphragm, & wet joint rebar binding,Shutter fixing,Deck Slab,Cofferdam Etc all of Bridge Work
∎ Provide inputs into the design process prepare the Bill of Quantities as per the final design drawings and calculate the final quantities.
∎ Having experience in Survey work.
∎ Assess the work activities for which labour-based construction methods are appropriate and for those sections for which heavy machinery is appropriate, establish a cost estimate for the rehabilitation and construction works for roads & bridges.
∎ Make any necessary changes to the design drawings as per the site conditions.
∎ Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards.
∎ Review the contractor's work programmers, resource, schedule and project implementation plans and ensure that the contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and complete the work within the specified time frame.
∎ Assess and evaluate the contractor's performance and resources.
∎ Liaison with governmental organizations on any issue that arises.
∎ Any other job as per management's requirement.
