Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the position of Project Engineer (Real Estate) for Construction Department.
∎ Must be 12 - 15 years of work experience in Real Estate Industry only.
∎ Motor Bike riding experience is needed for the Dhaka city with valid driving license.
∎ Candidate must be a non-smoker.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing construction plan and follow up the plan.
∎ Should have practical Knowledge on basement construction, fair face concrete construction.
∎ Site supervision, bill checking and measurement book writing.
∎ Understand building plans, sections, elevations and structural drawings.
∎ Monitoring contractors work progress in quantity and quality.
∎ Quality checking of construction materials.
∎ Ensure timely completion of works as per schedule.
∎ Ensure safety arrangement (fire, security, man & materials) of construction site.
∎ Ensure Site Health, Safety, Environmental issues.
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
