∎ B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of MEP QA/QC works at site.
∎ Testing and installation of MEP systems based on the approved drawings and quality standards.
∎ Prepare check lists for installation and commissioning procedures.
∎ Develop documentation formats for Quality Assurance/Control functions and processes.
∎ To inspect and ensure the quality of materials delivered at site for construction is as per the approved specifications.
∎ Evaluate contractors’ bids and prepare recommendations for PM/Client.
∎ Management of all standard quality related documents
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7-10 years’ experience in the real-estate/construction/relevant industry
∎ Excellent command MS Word and Excel
∎ Good ability to read & review drawings
