∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Inspection & Testing Plan for all civil trades in accordance with Ascentis standards and project specifications
∎ Review contractors work methodologies
∎ Check tools and instruments used by contractors
∎ Manage Material Inspections and Work Inspections as per work schedule in coordination with construction managers
∎ Conduct QC inspections of materials and workmanship
∎ Issue and manage rectification of Non-Conformances
∎ Maintain all QC records and documentation
∎ Coordinate with QS team for bill certification

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7-10 years of work experience in the field of real-estate/ construction/ relevant industry
∎ Very good technical knowledge of civil works: materials, workmanship
∎ Ability to review drawings and use AutoCAD
∎ Good organization skills
∎ Proficient in MS Word
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills (written & spoken)
∎ Ability to prepare Minutes of Meeting
