Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D CAD, Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to prepare complete estimate and costing of a project.
∎ Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility.
∎ Understanding of Basic Civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, Site preparation, ground leveling, soil testing, form work, concrete foundation, building construction, special knowledge about finishing work and handling, implementing large construction projects etc.
∎ Prepare report on progress of construction work under concerned project weekly/daily basis.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s).
∎ Keep record regarding Site(s) information i.e copy of approved plan and detail information of the site(s).
∎ Quality control of construction material ensuring wastage control during work & stacking materials.
∎ Able to maintain MB book & prepare the bill of quantity done by the contractor.
∎ Implement quality control procedures.
∎ Managing site supervisor and labor /contractors Supervise all project activities.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of project.
∎ Create & update personal work planning & style to motive own self for smooth , effective & timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve the company's goal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age Maximum 40 years
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering with minimum 03 years’ experience
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 6 years’ experience.
∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership skill.
∎ Adaptable and able to work under pressure independently.
∎ Quantitative analytical ability.
∎ Administer Project activities.
Salary: Negotiable
