Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Baniarchala, Bhabanipur, Gazipur.
∎ Employment Status: Full-time & Permanent Job
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranging mobilization and site preparatory works.
∎ Day to day follow-up of the project site work and reporting to Senior.
∎ Understanding of civil functions e.g. civil working drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, building construction and especial knowledge about finishing work.
∎ Collecting all Working Drawings (i.e. Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing)
∎ Making Project Master Programme of Works in collaboration with concerned Manager.
∎ Supervising & execute construction of building and every work related to civil engineering.
∎ Preparing estimates for foundation and frame works in 1st phase and total estimates for all other works in subsequent phases.
∎ Collecting Technical Manuals of Works and specifications of the materials to be used.
∎ Setting up internal control management.
∎ Maintaining Quality Records as per compliance requirement.
∎ Setting-up work supervision management system.
∎ Taking measurements of all completed works and recoding in MB.
∎ Preparation contractors' bills and certifying those.
∎ Taking proper care for site safety, safety for workers and preventive measures against police problem.
∎ Preparing Monthly Work Programme for Master Work Programme of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 to 10 years for large construction project.
