Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experienced in Condominium Project / tall building construction with basement.
∎ Should have experienced in finishing works like - tiles work, paint work, door and window work etc.
∎ Check material delivery status and material quality.
∎ Visit working place and progress of works.
∎ Meeting with engineers and check their registers about quality and floor wise production quantity of works.
∎ Meeting with contractors and give them in writing next day works in their daily register.
∎ Execute general works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be dynamic, hard working & proactive
Salary: Negotiable
