Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the design, planning, and installation of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
∎ Coordinate between engineering, procurement, construction, and other departments for MEP system integration.
∎ Supervise MEP installations, conduct site inspections, and maintain quality standards.
∎ Develop and monitor schedules and budgets for MEP works, ensuring cost-effective execution.
∎ Identify and resolve MEP-related issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.
∎ Ensure proper commissioning and testing of MEP systems before handover.
∎ Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment during MEP activities.
∎ Maintain accurate records of designs, installation, procurement, and report progress.
∎ Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure MEP systems meet requirements.
∎ Oversee troubleshooting and create maintenance plans for MEP systems post-construction.
∎ A Group of companies based on Constructions, Agro and ICT industry is looking for immediate recruitment for Project Engineer (MEP) who will be working in the different construction sites.
