Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have to good leadership quality, Integrity and Manpower management capability of at least 100 people at a time.
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Must have to good knowledge about Isometric, P&ID ad 3-D drawig.
∎ To take corrective measures of construction activities, and resolve probable unexpected difficulties, and other issues that may arise from time to time
∎ Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
∎ Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager/Site in-Charge.
∎ To follow up and checking the accuracy of Erection and Installation works of Piping/ Steel Structure/Tank as per drawings and relevant Engineering Standards.
∎ Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
∎ Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
∎ Any other task as required by the management
