Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in engineering from any public institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality of construction works
∎ Communicate with head office regarding implementation of works
∎ Check received materials
∎ Prepare construction plan and follow up with the plan
∎ Maintain store and monitor technical matters of ongoing civil engineering works
∎ Prepare technical reports
∎ Ensure timely completion of construction works as per planned schedule
∎ Identify problem areas and provide with appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues
∎ Ensure/control quality of the construction work of the projects
∎ Manage more than one projects
∎ Report to project coordinator / manager
∎ Manage the engineering teams of the concerned projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ The applicants should have enough technical knowledge
∎ Working experience especially of High-Rise building and ability to handle all the project management work will get preference
∎ Knowledge about finishing work
∎ Sound knowledge to understand the construction site drawings like Structural, Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong leadership skill
∎ Capability to work independently under pressure
∎ Energy, creativity, adaptability, sincerity and honesty

Salary: Negotiable
