∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed institute and good passing grades

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Developer, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Planning - Analyze the BOQ, specifications, design, site condition, other influencing factors and prepare project budget sheet, procurement plan and execution schedule accordingly. Also obtain necessary approval to establish them.
∎ Procurement - Supporting central procurement team in negotiation with local vendors / contractors and providing site related inputs to them.
∎ Site Execution - Coordinate with all stakeholders (client, PMC, contractors, suppliers and internal team members) to get all project related business operations done and documented in a systematic manner.
∎ Project Tracking - Monitoring and tracking progress of work at site on regular basis and ensuring completion of project on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Responsible for execution of all construction activities at the assigned Project including Civil and MEP works while meeting the defined parameters of cost, quality, time and Safety/HSE.
∎ Experience in construction of reside initial high rise/ commercial projects/factory establishment.
∎ Successfully finished 2-3 projects

Salary: Negotiable
