Job Context:
∎ Designation - Project Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving all repair/maintenance requests from CSD and FMS departments and segregate those categorically (Civil, MNE, Finishing, etc.)
∎ Checking contractual obligations of the Company with the requests received.
∎ Checking responsibilities of the relevant vendors for the actions required to be taken up against all repair/maintenance requests.
∎ Sequencing actions from total requests in hand by setting priority as per guidelines of CSD.
∎ Arranging Engineers to visit concerned place and taking estimated cost and time for completion.
∎ Preparing budget and taking approval from management.
∎ Getting the jobs done through concerned Engineers of Civil or MNE teams.
∎ Taking certificates of work completion from client and CSD.
∎ Maintaining statistical and financial records.
∎ Preparation of monthly report on maintenance issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed public/private universities (BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, IUT, AUST etc. will be given preference)
∎ 2-4 Years of experience in the construction of residential and commercial buildings in the concerned industry
