Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Civil Engineering from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for site supervision, managing & coordinating for completion of the project works timely
∎ Reporting about the progress of the project to office
∎ Organizing and controlling the flow of materials
∎ Maintains records, prepare reports and receive all goods from vendor and physically check quantity and quality
∎ Assist in preparing details bill of quantity, cost estimation, rate analysis, contractors bill and bid documents
∎ Monitoring the interior works
∎ Adherence to the team for NOC from different utilities (for electricity, water, gas, traffic etc.) for the building
∎ Checking the functionality of building after commissioning

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Experience in energy efficiency field
∎ Working in team
∎ Strong ability in communication and report writing
∎ Familiar with Green Building, BNBC, Imarat Nirman Bidhimala
∎ Membership of IEB(and/ RAJUK)
