∎ At least 10 years experience in estimate, planning, supervision and finishing work of apartment commercial projects especially in Real Estate sector.
∎ Must have through Knowledge on quality control of all civil works.
∎ Must have through Knowledge on high quality ?nishing materials.
∎ Ability to handle construction site individually.
∎ Maintain records of daily project work activity.
∎ Must be dynamic, Strategic thinking and capable to work under pressure.
