∎ At least 10 years experience in estimate, planning,supervision and finishing work of apartment/ commercial projects especially in Real Estate sector.
∎ Must have through Knowledge on quality control of all civil works.
∎ Must have through Knowledge on high quality finishing materials.
∎ Ability to handle construction site efficiently.
∎ Maintain records of daily project work activity.
∎ Must be dynamic, Strategic thinking and
∎ capable to work under pressure.
