Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to supervise fair faced construction work.
∎ Capable of handling fair faced concrete shuttering.
∎ Able to supervise as-cast concreting and rendering process.
∎ Able to interpret drawings (Structural, Architectural, Plumbing, Electrical etc.) and implement those at site accordingly.
∎ Able to create work program and implement them at site.
∎ Able to supervise rebar binding and form work before pouring concrete, as per the drawing etc.
∎ Able to guide subcontractor with daily work program.
∎ Able to supervise the finishing works as per standard and quality.
∎ Able to supervise supervisors and solve problems in consultation with project in-Charge.
∎ Check & confirm safety & security during site work.
∎ Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.
∎ Check quality of materials & workmanship during site work.
∎ Execute project modification work as per drawing from concerned Consultant.
∎ Able to work under pressure with positive attitude.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must have experience of working in fair faced construction work.
