Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the progression of the project and ensure conformity to design specifications and safety standards.
∎ Regularly update the management and supervisor regarding the progress of the project.
∎ Understand building plan sections, evaluations and structural drawings.
∎ Responsible for execution all kinds of civil construction work in line with the approved drawing, design & architectural layout.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project BOQ.
∎ Complete awareness of construction law and procedure of all safety requirements of the project.
∎ Providing direction to the sub-contractors.
∎ Verifying bills and contractor's submitted bill.
∎ Ensure compliance with consultant's specifications and requirements.
∎ Get clear idea about the establishment objectives from the top management, drawing of proposed project master plan; get all kinds of structural drawing & design done by provided guidance.
∎ Overall construction responsibility of the project till the finishing of the concerned project.
∎ Perform other duties assigned by Line Manager and Management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Designing, Drafting, Building & Factory Design with 3D Visualization, Civil Engineering
∎ The candidate should be willing and able to work under pressure
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of self-motivation
∎ Must have experience to work on project from the beginning to the completion of project
∎ Capable to operate Architectural & Structure software (Auto Cad, Stadd pro, Etabs etc.).
∎ The candidate should have good interpersonal skills, leadership quality and high level of integrity.
