Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate project Development

Job Responsibilities:
∎
∎ Smooth coordination with corporate office construction management team
∎ Coordination with design Consultants (Structural, Electrical and Plumbing) for effective implementation of projects
∎ Coordination with supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials
∎ Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
∎ Design and implementation of Training programs for site technical and non-technical staff
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product & Authentication/Certification of bills
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
∎ Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management as assigned by the Management time to time
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ 10-12 years' experience in plumbing design/Civil Engineering
∎ Familiar with BNBC and other related rules and regulations
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues
∎ Candidates with Diploma Engineering from reputed polytechnic institutes will be given preference
∎ Candidates with previous experience in real estate or reputed organizations will be given preference
∎ Should be able to manage high quality commercial & residential building construction works.
∎ Excellent work environment
