Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate between project site & Head office for smooth decision making process.
∎ Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling & Coordinating.
∎ Quality control, Site Safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to Improvements.
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risk.
∎ Overall responsibility for managing project matters.
∎ Follow up details work programs & manpower.
∎ To prepare all types of material budgeting.
∎ Supervise of site Engineers & non-technical staffs.
∎ Capable to handle High rise building works independently.
∎ Capable of writing in Measurement Book and Contractor Bill preparation.
∎ Capable of Estimation Work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 or above years in Real Estate Industry.
